Take a full floor apartment in a classic 1920’s apartment building that had seen little updating since construction and add expansive views to the bay, an adjacent park, the city, and a sophisticated client with grown children and specific needs -- what emerged is an elegant, classically detailed home. The space was entirely gutted to address structural and water intrusion problems, to allow the invisible integration of systems, and to permit reorganization of the space to suit the lifestyle of our clients and capitalize on light and views.
